General Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply for all users, customers and subscribers both on our websites and third-party websites where we sell and interact with customers and visitors. Pricing
Products and services listed on this website and our other market places are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Our website does offer currency conversion to and from USD.
Orders
Orders may be placed on our website and other sales platforms. No orders will be fulfilled until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amounts paid prior to processing & shipping your order.
Shipping
Our two primary carriers are Canada Post and the United States Parcel Service (USPS). We may also ship your order through other professional carriers in our network. International ordered may be shipped by more than one carrier to arrive at the destination. Sussex Beard Oil Merchants is not responsible for customs clearance, duties or fees. All international orders are shipped with the required information for customs to identify us as the shipper, you as the receiver, the contents of the parcel and the dollar value of the parcel in Canadian dollars. We are not responsible for lost packages, address that is undeliverable, damages from shipping or customs, or refusal by customs to permit the package to continue to its destination.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available on most orders. All orders by Canada Post within Canada are shipped with up to $100 coverage through Canada Post (on insurable goods). These orders come with tracking information as well. Should you have a problem with your package not being delivered or broken or damaged products we will initiate an investigation with Canada Post.
Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us by email at [email protected] so we can replace the defective product. If it was damaged by shipping, our shipping policy applies and we will start a claim with the carrier so we can replace your product (if applicable with the chosen carrier).
Returns
Returns must be approved in advance on a case by case basis. If your product is damaged or otherwise not satisfactory, please contact us so we can send a replacement.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
