Ordering & Shipping FAQ
All in-stock orders are typically shipped the next business day. Delivery to your destination will vary across Canada & United States. Typically 2-7 business days.
Select items are shipped on a predetermined date. Example: Father’s day boxes will all start shipping the first of June.
All orders in Canada are shipped with Canada Post expedited. Orders shipping to the US will be shipped with USPS via Canada Post.
Tracking information is available for all orders in Canada and some orders to the US.
We currently offer free shipping in Canada and the US for orders over $50CAD before taxes. Except for the locations mentioned below.
Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Hawaii and Alaska.
We don’t accept returns or issue refunds. If your product arrives damaged, you may contact us so we can replace the product or issue a store credit.
